the video was originally titled 'man swallows mic' - however she is clearly a woman, and secondly it is impossible to swallow a microphone. So whoever I got the video has no idea, but my take is that it rammed past her teeth and got lodged in her throat? you can hear her gagging in pain via the sound system, and see blood and drool coming out of a now toothless mouth (if you look closely)
